Creamed honey is a “controlled crystallization” that allows for small crystals to make the honey spreadable instead of the larger crystals of solid, unprocessed honey.
Stir it into your coffee or tea (it’s also fantastic in winter cocktails!). It’s great as a dip for sliced apples or on a peanut butter sandwich.
Excellent for roasting root vegetables, in a curry or pot roast.
